2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 255/2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 30(a), 33, 34 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, 800 litres of spirit was recovered from a tempo and the apprehended persons disclosed that they were going to deliver the same to the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail. He submitted that petitioner has 11 criminal antecedents and it appears that he is a veteran criminal.
6. Considering the past antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
7. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail. In that case, the learned District Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day and pass necessary order on the basis of material which has come in course of investigation without delay.
8. The present petition stands disposed of.
