2. Heard the parties.

3. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) to issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent authorities concerned, to create mutation (Jamabandi) in the name of petitioner and accordingly issue rent receipts in favour of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19817 of 2025(2) dt.09-12-2025 2/3 the petitioner for the lands situated at MauzaMehdipur Revenue Thana No.48, ThanaParaiya Anchal- Guraru, District- Gaya, Khata No.95, Plot No. 595 area 70 decimals which has been purchased by the petitioner through two registered sale-deeds bearing sale-deeds No. 7282 on 03.06.1981 in the name of his mother Suhawan Devi and another sale-deed No. 7283 on 03.06.1981 in names Suresh Mishra, Sukesh Mishra (petitioner) and Sumesh Mishra, sons of Pandit Pramanand Mishra executed by Rajendra Singh and Radhey Singh, sons of Ram Bilash Singh and Alkha Dev Singh son of Jagdev Singh and put them in peaceful possession thereof.

(ii) for commanding and directing the Respondents authorities, particularly, the Respondent No.3, Anchala Adhikari who has wrongly, illegally and arbitrarily rejected his mutation application on 26.4.2023 filed by the petitioner bearing Mutation Case No. 2450R27 of 2022-2023 and Mutation case No. 2448R27 of 2022-2023 stating therein the area of the said

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the newly added respondent no.4, the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Gaya against the order passed by the Circle Officer, Guraru, Gaya dated 26.04.2023.

5. Learned State counsel has no objection.

6. If such petition is preferred in next four weeks, the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Gaya shall be taking up the matter on merit and dispose it of in accordance with law.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
