2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mission Police Station Case No. 20 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the sister of the informant went to school but she didn't return. The informant has firm belief that the petitioner had kidnapped his sister.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated merely because he is brother of main accused, Raja

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87026 of 2024(2) dt.18-02-2025 2/2 Kumar @ Raj Kumar. He also submits that the co-accused, Raja Kumar @ Raj Kumar is the only F.I.R. named accused.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judgecum- Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO, Sheikhpura in connection with Mission P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
