The petitioner who has got clean antecedent as is evident from para 3 of the petition was apprehended along with co accused Ram Sajjan Kumar and Binod Kumar while they were going by motorcycle and on search, from the possession of the petitioner a country made loaded pistol was recovered and in likewise manner from the possession of Ram Sajjan Kumar empty country made pistol, from the possession of Binod Kumar one live cartridge and mobile were seized and for that the petitioner is under custody since 08.09.2019. That being so, the petitioner Pravin Kumar @ Pravin Kumar Ray is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
