The State of Bihar & Ors.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that in compliance of the directions issued by this Court in CWJC No.

Patna High Court MJC No.3608 of 2018 dt.02-11-2022 2/2 1443 of 2016, titled as Madan Mohan Singh Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., a sum of Rs. 40-42 lakhs (approximately) stands determined to be due and payable to the petitioner, which shall positively be remitted into the petitioner's bank account on or before 30th of November, 2022.

Statement accepted and taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply particulars of the bank account of the petitioner to the learned counsel for the respondents within next five working days.

As such, the petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms reserving liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, should the need so arise subsequently.
