JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ashok Paper Mill (A.P.M.) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Approximately sixteen litres of country made liquor is stated to have been recovered from the cycle of the petitioner which he was riding.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has falsely been implicated in this case because of the mistaken identity.

Considering the period of custody and the clean

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76822 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 antecedents of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Darbhanga in connection with Ashok Paper Mill (A.P.M.) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2019.
