2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 331 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 110, 74, 76, 305 , 351 ( 2 ), 352 and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R., on 06.07.2025 at about 02:00 AM, all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant by means of Garasa and iron rod and on point of pistol looted cash of Rs. 30,000/-.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both the parties are gotias and due to land dispute between both the parties, this false and concocted case has been lodged against

Earlier, also informant has filed a case vide Narhat PS Case No. 62 of 2018 against these petitioners and others only to put pressure upon them to give share of land. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners.

5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the relationship between the parties and general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge - 1st Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 241 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
