Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 379 of 2018 (Excise Case No. 188 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated due to village party politics. He has no concern with liquor, motorcycle and mobile in question. Petitioner was never seen at the place of occurrence and nothing was recovered from the possession of him. Petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
