2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakmehshi P.S. Case No. 123 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 140(1), 140(3), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty with an
