In the present case, the petitioner is seeking relief arising out of Section 17 B of the Industrial Disputes Act, which stipulates in the event of any application pending, the person will be entitled for the benefit of Section 17B of the Act, but he has not drawn the attention of this Court about the pendency of any case. If any challenge has been made, in that proceeding, the entitlement of the benefit of 17B of the Act will be considered.
