Petitioners are accused in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 431 of 2019 . for the offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 03.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76708 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 431 of 2019.
