2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 04.09.2023 passed by learned S.D.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Nagarnausa P. S. Case No.62 of 2023, G.R. No.996 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
