2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 63/65 of the Copyright Act.

3. Petitioner is owner of the godown, from which, counterfeit items were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner lives in Assam with his family and has nothing to do with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is not the manufacturer of the recovered goods/items. He further submits that without verifying the genuineness of the items, same has been declared as counterfeit items. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 179 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
