The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2019 in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 41 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegations are false and fabricated and that the petitioner has also filed a case for divorce bearing Divorce Case No. 184 of 2019 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chapra. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
