2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhupur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2023 registered under Sections 143, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 assaulted the informant by means of Tangari and petitioner no. 2 assaulted the informant by means of Farsa, as a result of which, informant sustained multiple fracture injury.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
