This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25284 of 2022, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to mark his presence in Benipatti Police Station on first and last Sunday of each month. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in this application and having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the order dated 20.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25284 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Benipatti Police Station DistrictMadhubani on first Sunday of each month instead of first and last Sunday of each month.
