Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 207 fo 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no concern with the motorcycle in question. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 207 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
