In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.443 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 354C, 385, 387, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

Allegation has been made that nude photograph of the victim has been taken by the petitioner and threatened her by different mobile numbers to provide Rs.70,000/- otherwise he will make the photograph viral.
