JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 The petitioner complains of non-compliance of the order dated 11.05.2018 passed in CWJC no. 9054 of 2018, whereby and whereunder this Court had directed the respondents to maintain status quo existing as on that day qua the service conditions of the petitioner.

The contemnors have filed show cause wherein it has been stated that apart from communicating the order of the District Magistrate dated 04.04.2018 to the petitioner herein, no action has been taken so as to prevent the petitioner from functioning on her post.

If that be the stand of the opposite party- contemnors, the present contempt petition stands disposed of while

Patna High Court MJC No.3623 of 2018(5) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 reiterating the stand of the respondents to the effect that the petitioner has not been disturbed from her functioning on the post on which she was functioning as on the date of the passing of the order dated 11.05.2018. Accordingly, the consequences shall follow.
