2. Heard Mr. Rajeev Ranjan Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Brajendra Nath Pandey, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the State.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present application seeking grant of pre-arrest bail has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been arrested in the present case.
