2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioners rather 45 liters of country made liquor and 4000 litres of raw materials are said to have been recovered from the place of occurrence. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

4. However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is the member of syndicate who is engaged in manufacturing the illicit liquor.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 378 of 2024. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
