Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 237 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner has assaulted with knife blow on the chest of the injured person and injury was found grievous in nature.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 237 of 2024.

7. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Suruchi/- U T
