2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338, 419, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 22 and 23 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 170 kg of Ganja was recovered from vehicle of the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that huge quantity of Ganja has been recovered from the vehicle of which this petitioner is a registered owner, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
