Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case nor any incriminating article was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2019. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is complete.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
