On the direction of this Court, the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran has produced the corpus of respondent no. 5.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has submitted that nobody from the side of police administration has approached

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.2287 of 2018 (3) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 him. The girl is present before us and she has come along with a lady constable. We have interacted with the girl. She expresses here desire to go with her parents only.

In view of the statement of the girl, she is permitted to go with her mother who has also come to this Court. In the result, this writ petition is disposed off. However, the writ petitioner, if so advised, would be at liberty to seek any legal remedy.
