KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-06-2020 The proceedings of the Court are being conducted through Video Conferencing and the Advocates joined the proceedings through Video Conferencing from their residence. Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 1470 of 2019 which was rejected on 16.05.2019. Petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2016.

It has been informed by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78496 of 2019(5) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 informant that a report was called for in Cr. Misc. No. 7592 of 2019 from the trial court regarding the stage of trial in which it was stated that case is at argument stage.
