JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 572 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and in course of investigation, it came to light that looted mobile was used to talk with the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
