2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest connection with Purabsarai P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024, F.I.R. dated 11.08.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4), 305 of BNS.

3. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of theft of medicines is against unknown.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and she has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.

5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.88737 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that it appears from the F.I.R. that all the theft medicines as mentioned in the F.I.R. has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Purabsarai P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.

7. Prayer is refused.
