JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in NDPS Case No. 22 of 2019 arising out of Deodha P.S. Case No.120 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 18 C/18A/65 (17) of Drugs and Cosmetic Act. Allegation has been made that the Drug Inspector raided the shop of the petitioner where it was found that the petitioner is running the business without proper licence. Counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 28.09.2019 having no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)
