JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sakra P. S. Case No. 77 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 304B/34 of IPC.

Petitioner happens to be the father-in-law of the deceased. There is allegation of dowry death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and the deceased has committed suicide and considering the same, mother-in-law, has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 14.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 64594 of 2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that death is due to strangulation. Having heard both sides, considering the above
