JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per F.I.R., recovery of 81 liter from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case at the instigation of his enemy. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 01.11.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78348 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
