2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 492 of 2024, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 111, 318(4), 316(2) and 3(5) of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87204 of 2024(3) dt.31-01-2025 2/3 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66(c) and 66(D) of the IT Act.

The prosecution case, in short, is that, on secret information regarding two suspects being involved in cyber fraud moving in a vehicle with plenty of documents, cash, police party, in course of patrolling, apprehended two persons, During search several materials were recovered from their possession.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. No incriminating material have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 28.09.2024 and have got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 07.01.2025 and 27.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 86884 of 2024 and 115 of 2025.
5. In Cr. Misc. No. 87204 of 2024, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovered debit card, AADHAAR Card, PAN Card and other items belongs to the petitioner and the same were not stolen one.

6. In Cr. Misc. No. 88725 of 2024, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the seized vehicle belong to the father of the petitioner and he was going to the market to purchase some goods. No other articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
7. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
9. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 492 of 2024.
