2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 111(1)(3)(4) and 61(2) of the B.N.S. and under Section 66(C), 66(D) of the IT Act.

3. The case of the prosecution is that two suspected persons were attempting to purchase jewellery worth rupees lakh through ATM. On this information, Imtiyaz Ali and Vivek Kumar were arrested. They disclosed that their friend is also there who is residing in Lucky Hotel Room No.301. From that room, the petitioner along with two others was apprehended. From the possession of this petitioner, two mobiles and one

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that one mobile number has been attributed to the petitioner with which the petitioner has got no concern and it is alleged that from that mobile number cyber fraud has been committed. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2024.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned A.C.J.M. IV, Patna in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 1537 of 2024.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
