The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification of order dated 19.10.2023 granting thirty days' time to surrender before the learned trial Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 614C of 2022, for extending the time by a further two weeks, on the ground that they were living in another State and hence they could not furnish bail bond within the stipulated time.

3. In this view of the matter, the time granted for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8848 of 2024(2) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 19.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 68039 of 2023 is extended by two weeks from today.
