1. Ms. Kanupriya, learned counsel for the appellant submits that during investigation the allegation under the Schedule Caste & Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has not been found correct as per the supervision note of Superintendent of Police and the appellant has been given privilege of Section 41A Cr.P.C. by the Police, as such, the appellant is not having any apprehension of arrest at this stage. Accordingly, she seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file anticipatory bail application as and when situation arises.

2. Permission is granted.
