2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024 dated 03.09.2024 registered for the offence/s punishable u/ss 119(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 110, 132, 134, 303(2), 121(1), 121(2), 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, when the police party went to the house of the co-accused Arjun Risidev to verify the information, in the meantime, 40-50 accused persons came there armed with deadly weapons and started abusing and assaulting the police party causing injuries to them.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. The injuries are pain and swelling and body ache and the opinion regarding the injuries is kept reserved. The petitioner is the member of mob. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2024.
7. The application stands allowed.
