Petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj P.S. Case No.659 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b) a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 26.08.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62099 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.659 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
