Referring to annexure 2 counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not absent from the centre on the day on which inspection was done and as such the findings recorded in the order dated 14.08.2018 of the writ proceedings regarding her absence are error apparent on the face of the record. Records of the writ petition reveals that allegation against the petitioner are not to the extent that she was absent during inspection. The said position is not disputed by the respondent State.
In view of such situation, this civil review stands allowed The writ petition may be listed for reconsideration. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) Prakash/- U
