The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the application for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 28.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45212 of 2022.

In pursuance to the direction of the Court, a Report with regard to present stage of trial has been received on 18.01.2024 from which it appears that, this case is pending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1857 of 2024(3) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 for prosecution evidence and statement of the accused. And trial Court had sought two months more time to conclude the trial.

No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The bail application stands disposed of.

However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within its stipulated period of time i.e. two months which is mentioned in its report, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail application. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Manishkr/- U T
