2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 379, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the accused persons entered tractor in the paddy field of the informant and on protest and when the informant prevented from doing so the accused persons having been armed with weapons reached to the house of the informant and opened fire. Some ornaments and cash are also said to have been snatched away in the occurrence.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. None has suffered any kind of injuries and prior to the present case, the petitioner no. 1 has lodged a case against the informant with the similar allegation as mentioned in the present FIR. This case has been lodged in retaliation to the case lodged by the petitioner no. 1.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
