Petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.513 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police on secret information raided the house of Anand Mahto and apprehended Anand Mahto and the petitioner, who were found inebriated condition. 26.1 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from the house of Anand Mahto. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 18.10.2019.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional
