This application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of Desri P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 registered on 12.03.2019 for the offences under Section 171 (H), 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. cannot be quashed on the basis of the affidavit evidence as have been held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar vs. P.P. Sharma 1992 Supp
