2. The present application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order dated 12.07.2017 passed by the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Munger passed in Dharahara P.S. Case No.175 of 2014 S. Tr. No.73 of 2015 by which the learned Court has been pleased to reject the application for discharge filed by the petitioner dated 27.03.2015.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide letter dated 29.08.2025 that the trial has already progressed and is at the stage of evidence in connection with Dharahara P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69152 of 2018(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 Case No.175 of 2014.

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
