2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 127(2), 115(2), 123, 103 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., all the named accused persons came at the door of informant and took away her husband with them to settled the dispute, where they administered poison to the husband of informant, assaulted him and thereafter, committed his murder by pressing neck with Gamchha.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and as per F.I.R., it is the specific case of the informant that named accused persons committed murder of her husband. Name of petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84594 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 transpired during course of investigation. Only material, which has come against petitioner, is that the dead-body of husband of informant was found near the straw house of this petitioner. Petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent, and is in custody since 08.08.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran / concerned Court in connection with Chiraiya P.S.
