2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 20(b) (II) ©, 23(c)/25 of the NDPS Act.

3. 1.150 grams of charas has been recovered from the petitioner. The recovery is of more than the commercial quantity. Petitioner is in jail since 11.05.2023.

4. Considering the recovery of more than the commercial quantity, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

5. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
