JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2020 In view of the order dated 06.03.2020, this application for grant of pre-arrest bail as against petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 5, namely, Santosh Kumar, Ram Pravesh Ram and Om Kumar has become infructuous.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Nos. 2, 4, and 6 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State via

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 76380 of 2019(4) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 video conferencing.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Parsa Bazar P. S. Case No.251 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325 and 354 B, 380 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is case and counter-case and the dispute arose due to construction of septic tank, the petitioners Nos. 2, 4 and 6, namely, Sanju Kumari, Sulgan Devi and Rajeshwar Ram respectively, out of whom two are ladies, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge VIII-cum-ACJM, Patna in Parsa Bazar P. S. Case No.251 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
