1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities (Vigilance Department) to conclude the enquiry which is pending before them since more than 9 years in view of the complaint filed by the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.30 of 2025(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 before the respondent vigilance department on 30.05.2015 for the purposes of making enquiry regarding a fabricated document relating to the experience certificate of non-formal education produced by one of the candidate namely Ranju Kumari (respondent no.12) for getting herself appointed on the post of Block Teacher. (ii) For a declaration that since the enquiry could not be completed since more than 9 years, such delay in concluding the enquiry defeats the very purpose of such an enquiry and at the same time encourages the wrong-doers to prepare fake documents and get themselves appointed on the basis of those fake documents."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.6 i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Vigilance Department, Patna, Bihar for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
