JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(A) For issuance of a writ, directing the respondent authorities to remove the boundary wall of the Private respondent No. 6 who has constructed his house and boundary wall on the public land i.e. Rasta, appertaining to Plot No.713, due to which public road of the village has been encroached.

(B) For issuance of a writ, directing the respondent authorities to demarcate the land of Public Road, situated at Village-Simari Jaitiya P.O + P.S. Nabinagar, District

Patna High Court CWJC No.19571 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 Aurangabad and remove any kind of encroachment made by private respondent No. 6.

(C) For issuance of a writ, directing the respondent authorities to take legal action against the encroacher of public road, who have encroached the public road without having any title and are creating hindrance to public."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Nabinagar, District-Aurangabad for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
