Mr.Anil Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 214 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case on the order of petitioner several co-accused persons, including the petitioner assaulted the deceased, causing his death.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far assault is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation and considering the same co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 25.10.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 60387 of 2019 and he is in custody for more than six months and charge sheet has been submitted in this case.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 214 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
