2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 243 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 96, 352, 361(2), 3(5) of the BNS and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner kidnapped the minor grand-daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. In her statement, the victim has stated that she went to Calcutta with her own sweet will. She further stated that her parents were torturing her and she had love and affection with the petitioner. The petitioner has been in custody since

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Banka in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 243 of 2025, subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
